Now when I say converted…
Obviously, we are talking copy. Not religion, lol.
Although, I do think it helps to have strong faith. But that’s not what we’re here to talk about.
I’m here to talk about the 3 big C’s that will help you ace your email newsletter copy👌
The first C is for calm. What I mean by that is…
Chill. Don’t be a spaz and overwhelm your readers by sounding too excited or overenthusiastic. Caps, exclamation points, and emojis have a place, and they are not to be abused.
The second C is for confident.
Nobody knows your brand and your audience better than you. So have confidence that you know your material and can write about it well. Tap into some helpful resources to give you a little feedback, but trust your knowledge and experience to guide you.
The third C is the end result you want… converted!
Sure, you send those newsletters to keep your audience in the know. But let’s be honest…
You also wanna make a few sales (aka convert your readers into customers).
And you can do that by providing interesting, valuable content. This is the key to keeping your readers engaged, informed, and feeling empowered.
Even if you’re not pushing a big sale or purchase in your newsletter, it’s always mutually beneficial to include a CTA (call to action) toward one of your offers.
The best place to include this is at the END of your email so that readers have a clear direction of where to go next.
You CAN increase your conversions without sounding too salesey. It just takes a little creativity to make things flow naturally and give your audience that gentle nudge 🫶🏻
